Global Express Guaranteed

Global Express Guaranteed (GXG) service delivers international shipments in 1 to 3 business days, including next-day delivery to many locations in Canada. GXG offers competitive shipping prices and date-certain delivery with a money-back guarantee to about 180 countries. International transportation and delivery provided by FedEx Express. Priority Mail Express International
3–5 Business Days
Priority Mail Express International provides fast, reliable, and affordable international delivery to about 180 countries. An optional date-certain service delivery with a money-back guarantee is available to a few destinations. See International Mail Manual section 221.2 for additional details. Get free shipping supplies, including Flat Rate Envelopes for sending items up to 4 lbs. Postage prices start at $59.50.
Priority Mail International
6–10 Business Days
USPS provides reliable and affordable international delivery to about 180 countries through Priority Mail International. Most Priority Mail International shipments include tracking and insurance: up to $100 for nonnegotiable documents and up to $200 for merchandise. You can send up to 4 lbs using Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes and Small Flat Rate Boxes, and up to 20 lbs. using Medium and Large Flat Rate Boxes. First-Class Package International Service
Affordable Lightweight Shipping
First-Class Package International Service (FCPIS) is an economical way to send lightweight packages to about 180 countries. Packages can weigh up to 4 lbs (64 oz) and contain goods up to $400 in value. Other restrictions may apply based on the destination country. First-Class Package International Service includes Electronic USPS Delivery Confirmation® International (E-USPS DELCON INTL®) when you ship online to select countries, although certain limitations may apply. Prices start at $17.00.
First-Class Mail International
Affordable International Mailing
First-Class Mail International is our most affordable option for sending postcards, letters, and flats (large envelopes) to about 180 countries.
- Send 1 oz. letters or postcards around the world with one Global Forever® stamp, which currently costs $1.55 and never expires, even if the postage price goes up.
- For large envelopes (flats) up to 15.994 oz., postage prices vary based on weight and destination, starting from $3.00.
Airmail M-Bags
Send Large Amounts of Printed Material
Using Airmail M-Bags is an affordable way to send large amounts of printed material to a single recipient internationally. You can send newspapers, magazines, journals, books, sheet music, catalogs, directories, commercial advertising, and promotional matter. Delivery varies by destination. Postage prices start at $57.97 at a Post Office.
Weight, Size, & Shape Requirements
- No minimum weight, but any M-Bag under 11 lbs will be charged at the 11 lb price.
- Maximum weight is 66 lbs.
- Some countries have specific prohibitions and restrictions.
Military Mail
Unless noted otherwise on International Service Alerts, service suspensions to a particular country do not affect delivery of military and diplomatic mail.
Priority Mail Express International Notice
Shipping to Europe, China, & Hong Kong
As of March 23, 2020, USPS has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International service items destined for the following European countries:
- France
- Great Britain
- Spain
- Sweden
- Switzerland
Also, since Monday, Feb. 10, 2020, we temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International items destined for China and Hong Kong. These suspensions will be in effect until further notice. We are taking all reasonable measures to minimize the impact to your shipping needs.
